This 9,000 square foot Norwegian chalet is surrounded in centuries-old pine forests and breathtaking views of Lake Tahoe. Situated on one of the only 10-acre lots in the Tahoe basin, the house feels remote, but is only minutes from the downtown casinos, Heavenly, and the nearest beaches. For weddings and events, this home can accommodate up to 80 guests outside on the lawns and patios. Wedding guests may access the main floor, for use of the restroom only. There is a 3 night minimum required, paid as the seasonal nightly rate (year round), sleeping up to 30 guests. In addition to the rental price, there is a grounds fee for weddings and events: $1,500 for 0-50 guests, and $3,000 for 51-100 guests. There is also parking for approximately 50 cars.
“Eagle’s Landing”
Accommodates Up to 100 Guests for Your Lake Tahoe Wedding or Event
This 6,000 square foot privately gated mountain home is situated on two acres of beautiful grounds which include lawns, patios, a gazebo, playground, landscaping (both manicured and natural). Located on the Nevada side of the South Shore, Eagle’s Landing is within close proximity to the historic Zephyr Cove Resort, and only minutes from the downtown casinos, Heavenly, and the nearest beaches. For weddings and events, this home can accommodate up to 100 guests outside on the lawns and patios. There is a 3 night minimum required, paid as the seasonal nightly rate (as well as reservation fees like taxes, cleaning, etc), sleeping up to 14 guests. In addition to the rental price, there is a grounds fee for weddings and events: $3,000 for 0-50 guests, and $4,500 for 51-100 guests. There is also a $1,000 security deposit, and parking for approximately 10 cars. An wedding/event coordinator from Blue Sky Events is required at this property for weddings and events.
