Located off of Pioneer Trail, this vacation rental is located in the popular Country Club Estates neighborhood. This home is only a 14 minute drive to the state line and the Heavenly Village. The Heavenly Village and state line is where our local casinos, shops, restaurants and bars are located. A few minutes in the car will get you to wherever you need to go.
The 1,400 square feet of living space is spread over two levels, with the main living areas and two bedrooms on the lower level. Upon entering the home, you will be in the cozy living room which opens to the kitchen. The living room is furnished with a chair and large leather couch. Watch the game on the large flat screen television, or start a fire if it is a cold evening. The vaulted ceiling, many windows and open concept layout of this space creates makes the space feel very open and inviting.
The kitchen and dining area is adjacent to the living room, and features granite counter tops and updated appliances. Extra counter space is created by the peninsula, and the kitchen has ample cabinet space as well. The kitchen is equipped with all cookware, dinnerware, glassware and serve ware needed for your entire vacation.
Two bedrooms are located on this first level, while the third is located upstairs. The first bedroom features a queen sized bed, and the second bedroom a full sized bed. Upstairs is the third bedroom, with two twin beds. The third bedroom has access to the upper deck, the perfect spot to catch some afternoon sun. This South Lake Tahoe vacation rental also comes with wireless internet, gas barbecue and a garage.
During the summer, Camp Richardson Resort and Marina is just a 13 minute drive away. This is a favorite place during the summer to enjoy the beaches of Lake Tahoe. Camp Richardson is home to the Beacon Bar & Grill, where you and your friends can sip on rum drinks, enjoy a delicious meal or get out on a boat! The small town of Meyers is only a few minutes down the road, where there are two golf courses, local restaurants and a myriad of hiking and biking trails.
During the winter, the Sagebrush cottage is only a 13 minute drive to Heavenly Mountain Resort's California Main Lodge where you can access the slope of Heavenly Mountain Resort. The Heavenly Village Gondola is also just a 14 minute drive from this home, which is another access point to the mountain. If you are looking to ski elsewhere, Kirkwood Mountain Resort is only 40 minutes away and Sierra-at-Tahoe is only 20 minutes from this home.
