Offering two bedrooms, this spacious condo is perfect for two couples or a small family.



This remodeled condo features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 870 square feet of living space that can sleep 4 people comfortably. Upon entering the home you are on the main living area. The kitchen, dining and living room are all open and feature windows that offer lake views.



The full kitchen is appointed with everything needed to prepare and enjoy a delicious meal including all cookware, flatware and glassware. There is dining for six people at the dining table, next to the large windows.



A small deck is accessible through the door off the dining area. The porch has a propane grill, set up for all your grilling needs, as well as patio furniture for relaxing and taking in the beautiful surrounding mountain and lake views.



There are two bedrooms in this condo. The first is located up a spiral staircase in the loft. This master bedroom features a king-sized bed and a private bathroom.



Located on the main level is the second bedroom and full bathroom in the entryway. This bedroom has a queen-sized bed.



There is also a queen-sized air mattress and 2 Pack & Plays (cribs) available in the property.



Located at the top of Kingsbury Grade, when renting this home you also have access to The Tahoe Village community pool and hot tub during the summer months, located within one block's walking distance.



During the winter, this condo is 0.7 miles from Heavenly Mountain Resort’s Stagecoach Lodge where you can access the mountain for riding. You can also catch the shuttle that will take you and your gear down to both the Stagecoach and Boulder lodges. Also nearby is a small convenience store, and a couple of restaurants: The Fox and Hound and the Eagle’s Nest Lounge and Bar.



Being at the top of the mountain, this condo is surrounded by a web of trails that you can access during any season. In the winter, strap on some snowshoes or cross-country ski’s and head out for a winter adventure. During the summer, bike or hike on the trails and find your favorite overlook with a view of Lake Tahoe.



When you want to head into town to visit the casinos, grocery store, shops and restaurants you are only a short ten minute drive a way. The Shops at Heavenly is home to the majority of our local shops and restaurants, in addition to the local cinema, Heavenly Gondola and outdoor ice rink (during the winter months).



Lake Tahoe is also only a short 10 minute drive away, with the closest beach being Nevada Beach. This long sandy stretch of beach on the shores of Lake Tahoe is a favorite of both visitors and locals.
