Buckingham Luxury Vacation Rentals is a full service property management company located in South Lake Tahoe, specializing in luxury. With over ten years in the property management industry, we have listened closely over the years to the needs, requests and questions of both guests and owners. Buckingham Properties was formed in response to all these.

Our office in South Lake Tahoe is seeking a qualified, well-rounded applicant to join our team as a full-time Reservation Specialist. 

Job Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience required.
  • Extensive computer knowledge.
  • Must have an aptitude for problem solving.
  • High call volume experience required.
  • Must have a pleasant, well-mannered and professional speaking voice.
  • Must be organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, reliable, personable and able to multi-task and work unsupervised.
  • Correct grammar and spelling required.
  • Must have your own vehicle.
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
  • Most of all – Must have a stellar work ethic!


Duties include (but not limited to):

  • Phone reception.
  • Make reservations for high end vacation rentals.
  • Greet guests and walk-ins.
  • Process payments.
  • Heavy emailing (answering inquiries, emails from owners, guests and vendors).
  • Heavy data entry.
  • Filing.
  • Problem solving with maintenance issues and guest complaints.
  • Drive to properties for various tasks (cleaning inspections included).
  • General office tasks.
