The small town of Meyers is only a few minutes down the road, where there are two golf courses, local restaurants and a myriad of hiking and biking trails.
During the winter months, the Kokanee Cabin is approximately a 13-minute drive to Heavenly Mountain Resort’s California Main Lodge where you can access the slopes. The Heavenly Village Gondola is also a 14-minute drive from this home, which is another access point to the mountain. If you are looking to ski elsewhere, Kirkwood Mountain Resort is only 40 minutes away, and Sierra-at-Tahoe is 20 minutes from this home.
