Snowflower Lodge is located in the neighborhood of Zephyr Heights. This popular neighborhood is only a 7 minute drive to the stateline (3.3 miles). At the stateline you can enjoy eating out at one of our delicious restaurants, peruse local galleries, try your luck at the casinos, take a ride up the Heavenly Village Gondola and more! The closest beach to this luxury South Lake Tahoe home is the Zephyr Cove Resort & Marina. At this popular location you can rent kayaks, paddleboards, paddleboats or jetskis. The M.S. Dixie II also runs out of this location, with their popular lunch and dinner cruises to Emerald Bay. If you have never done one of these, it is highly recommended! The beach is popular due to the gorgeous sand and restaurant and bar.

Cascade Creek Lodge is located on the banks of the Cascade creek in the private, gated community of Cascade Properties. This is a quiet community, and perfect for a family group with children. Your kids will love all of the outdoor space, especially the creek! From this home you are minutes from Lake Tahoe, and have gorgeous hiking trails out your back door. Popular Emerald Bay is only 3 miles away from this home, where you can access trails that lead into Desolation Wilderness, or down to Lake Tahoe. Three miles in the other direction is the Camp Richardson Resort & Marina. Here you can enjoy a meal at The Beacon, sip down a rum runner on the beach, relax in the sun and the sand, or rent a paddle board or kayak for the afternoon! If you are planning on bringing up your own boat for your vacation, this is the place to rent a buoy!
This massive luxury property has 5 bedrooms, 6 full bathrooms, over 5,000 square feet and a maximum occupancy of 12 people. You have full access to two garages, the main house and an attached mother-in-law unit. This newly constructed house has a gourmet kitchen perfect for preparing meals for any occasion! Don’t want to cook yourself? Why not bring in a private chef for a night of delicious food! With a breakfast bar, kitchen dining table and separate dining area there is dining seating for 16. On the main level, off the kitchen and dining areas is a cozy living area with a gas fireplace in a large stone hearth. The ground level also has one master bedroom suite, with an attached porch overlooking Cascade Creek. There is also a custom en suite bathroom, with large jacuzzi and walk-in shower.
The second level hosts two additional bedroom suites, a bunk room, and two separate living areas on either side of the indoor balcony. From the upstairs living areas, there is access to three bedrooms, and the attached mother-in-law unit.
