Buckingham Properties offers premium concierge services to compliment your South Lake Tahoe vacation rental, including wedding coordinators, florists, caterers and chefs, wedding cakes, ministers, rental equipment, shuttle bus, limousines and photographers to capture every precious moment. We have a variety of Lake Tahoe luxury rentals complete with wedding venues.

Please contact us for more information as every home, wedding venue and situation is different. Please keep in mind when you are planning your event that homes have limited parking, so a shuttle service must be used. Please ask about the maximum number of people who can attend the event. As far as prices are concerned, Marni will be happy to discuss the site and ground fees and special circumstances for each of our wedding friendly homes. We have a variety of luxury Lake Tahoe wedding vacation rentals complete with wedding venues. Our largest Lake Tahoe Wedding home sleeps up to 31 people and can accommodate up to 100 guests for your luxury wedding in Tahoe.

*INDOOR VENUE* “Cave Rock Lodge” is located on the southeast shore of Lake Tahoe approximately 6 miles north of the casinos at the state line. With this home having 5,400 square feet, it is very spacious and has an open floorplan throughout.There is a 3 night minimum required, paid as the seaonsal nighlty rate (year round). Also, a $5,000 grounds fee will be applied, sleeping up to 16 guests. There is parking for approximately 25 cars.

This 9,000 square foot Norwegian chalet is surrounded in centuries-old pine forests and breathtaking views of Lake Tahoe. Situated on one of the only 10-acre lots in the Tahoe basin, the house feels remote, but is only minutes from the downtown casinos, Heavenly and the nearest beaches. For weddings and events, this home can accommodate up to 100 guests outside on the lawns and patios. Wedding guests may access the main floor only to use the restroom.There is a 3 night minimum required, paid as the seaonsal nighlty rate(year round), sleeping up to 31 guests. In addition to the rental price, there is a grounds fee of $2,000. There is parking for approximately 50 cars.

This newly remodeled, luxurious, lakefront house is located in Jameson Beach, adjacent to the historic Camp Richardson Resort on the southwest shore of Lake Tahoe. For weddings and events, this home can accommodate up to 15 guests inside in the lake view living room or outside on the sandy beach. There is a 3 night minimum required, paid as the seaonsal nighlty rate(year round) and sleeping up to 15 guests with parking for approximately 4-5 cars. In addition to the rental price, there is a grounds fee of $1,000.

In addition to the rental price, there is a grounds fee of $1,000.
