Chimney Rock Estate is located midway up Kingsbury Grade in Stateline, Nevada. This home features 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 5,000 square feet and can sleep 14 people comfortably. Consisting of three levels this home is perfect for a large family or a group of friends.

The home is on a quiet, private street just a few minutes from town. From this location you are only two miles from the Stateline where our local casinos are located. Also at the Stateline is the Heavenly Village, featuring many local shops, restaurants, equipment rental shops, grocery stores and Heavenly Mountain Resort’s gondola. If you are coming up for skiing in the winter months, you can access the slopes via the gondola in the Heavenly Village, or head up Kingsbury Grade to Stagecoach Lodge.

In the summer, this home is surrounded by great hiking and mountain biking trails, and is only a five minute drive to Lake Tahoe. This home is the perfect distance away from town that you have easy access to everything, but still feel like you have your own private mountain retreat.

The main living areas are located on the top floor, offering fabulous views from the floor to ceiling windows and lofted ceilings. The gourmet kitchen is perfect to prepare a large meal, with all stainless steel appliances, double oven, wine fridge and gas stove top. The second master bedroom is a private mother-in-law apartment that is located above the garage. The apartment features a King sized bed, private full bathroom, small kitchen and living room. The living room has a small couch, flat screen television and a futon that can be used for additional sleeping. There is a private deck off of the living room. The remaining five bedrooms are one the first and second levels and all contain flat screen televisions.

Chimney Rock Estate also features a downstairs game room with pool table, high speed wireless internet, cable television and attached garage. The hot tub is accessed through the game room, which also features a small wet bar with sink, fridge and microwave.
