Every property has a $30 service fee.

Every hot tub property has a $65 cleaning fee (this is for the hot tub to be clean and ready to go when you check in, and cleaned after you leave). Additional hot tub cleaning during your stay will be a cost to you.

At the time of booking, the first month's rent, last month's rent, cleaning fee, hot tub fee (if applicable), service fee and security deposit are all due.

Rent is due on the 1st of every month. Late fees are applied on the 5th.

*Utilities (gas and electric) are NOT included in the rent. They will be put in your name with the utility companies for the duration of your stay.*
