Reservation Details
- Each property has a $30 service fee.
- Every lease has a $100 damage fee.
- Each hot tub property has a $75 cleaning fee (this is for the hot tub to be clean and ready to go before you check in and after you leave). Additional hot tub cleaning during your stay will be a cost to you.
- At the time of booking, the first month’s rent, cleaning fee, hot tub fee (if applicable), service fee, damage fee and security deposit (same as the monthly rent) are all due.
- Rent is due on the 1st of every month. Late fees are applied on the 5th.
- Utilities (gas and electric) are not included in price and are listed below the monthly rental cost. For 6+ month rentals, utilities will be put in your name with the utility companies for the duration of your stay.
