The concept we present has been born out of my many years
of experience as a manager in the vacation rental industry.
During this time I listened to guests’ questions,
requests and needs. Buckingham Properties Lake Tahoe was
formed in response to all of these. We are committed to
making our guests’ visits to Tahoe an exciting and
memorable experience.
Our properties have a deluxe or luxury rating. We are targeting
a specific market of discriminating and high profile clients
who want only the best. We give them just that: 400 thread
count sheets, thick fluffy towels, snacks on arrival, DSL
connections and home theaters. Our homes have their own
private caretaker. Baby boomers, born 1946-1964 (76 million)
are 45 percent of all travelers “and they want it
all.”
Visitors on the South Shore number 3,000,000 a year! The
more complete experience a vacationer has, the more satisfied
he or she becomes, and the more likely they will return
to the property and recommend it to others. Our challenge
then, is to provide an experience which exceeds guests’
expectations.
A “Royal Concierge Service” is available to
our guests, including private chefs, delivery of wine and
hors d’oeuvres, champagne and dessert, pizza, beer
and liquor as well as babysitting and pet sitting. We offer
salon appointments or in home visits for facials, hairdressers,
nail treatments, manicures and pedicures, massages and spa
treatments. Also available are private ski lessons, ski
rental packages, restaurant reviews and reservations, barbers,
exercise gyms and many more options. We promote the activities
of our destination not just our properties.
Our guests have the option of checking into our beautifully
designed office in the prestigious Village Center. We are
across the street from Marriott’s Heavenly Village,
conveniently located downtown, one block from the casinos.
Our neighbors are Simpson’s Jewelers, Starbucks, Jamba
Juice and Baja Fresh with many other retail stores for their
shopping pleasure. Guests may also choose to use the lockbox
which will be placed near your front door to gain entry
to your home without going out of their way.
