– lakefront and luxury rentals, affordable properties,
pet friendly properties and our main home site. Our on-site
high tech personnel can make changes to our sites in seconds
– such as specials, discounts and adding additional
photos of your home.
On the main search page of our web site there is a button
called “OwnerLink” for you to make reservations
for your family and friends. This button also has a calendar
for you to track reservations from the comfort of your own
home. As we set you up in the computer you will be given
an Owner ID number and a password to access this button.
Guests are also able to book in real time online 24 hours
a day, 7 days a week.
If you are intending to sell your home please advise us
in writing. Homes are not allowed to be shown if they are
occupied. Please ask your real estate agent to come by the
office for a key or call us for the calendar of reservations.
I attend conferences held by the Vacation Rental Management
Association (VRMA). VRMA holds a bi-yearly conference, one
on the East Coast and one on the West Coast and a National
Conference once a year. The Association shares research,
and takes surveys keeping the members apprised of all the
latest trends in the vacation rental industry market. Members
always have the latest information at their finger tips.
