• We assign a personal caretaker to your home, who
will recognize when something is broken, stained or missing.
• Your home is supplied with complimentary guest
amenities including shampoo, hand and body soaps, coffee,
dishwasher soap, paper products and garbage bags. None of
this is charged to the owner.
• A security check of your home before the guest
arrives and after the guest departs is included in our services.
This procedure includes securing your home, adjusting the
thermostat, removing trash, inspecting for possible damage,
checking that ovens and stove tops have been turned off.
• Your personal caretaker inspects your property
and coordinates with the our office to schedule repairs
and maintain your home. This service will ensure your home
is in the best possible condition.
• Our guests pay for cleaning and hot tub service
after their departure – this cost is not passed on
to the homeowner.
• You will receive from our accounting department
a monthly statement of activity and expenses, along with
your check for the preceding month. This service can also
be accessed 24 hours a day through OwnerLink. A special
password is reserved for you.
• Any bedroom that does not have a closet, a bed,
a chest of drawers and a door closing off the room is not
considered a bedroom; we may, however, market this as a
loft.
