Q. What do I need to bring with me?
A. Only your personal items! Everything else you need is provided. Each house is tastefully furnished with linens, paper products, kitchen items, etc.
Q. What do you mean by "out the door price"?
A. Out the door price means "all-inclusive". The price you are quoted includes the cleaning and taxes. The only additional fee is the security deposit which is 100% refundable (unless there is any damage).
Q. Can I bring my dog with me?
A. Buckingham Properties offers many dog friendly homes so you can bring your four legged loved one on your family vacation!
Q. When do I get my security deposit back?
A. Your security deposit will be refunded to you within 14-21 days after departure, if there are any deductions (damages), they will itemized for you. Also, your security deposit will be refunded in the form of a check which will be mailed to you.
Q. When I check out, how much cleaning do I need to do?
A. We don't require any cleanup when you check out because it is all paid for. And after all, you are on vacation! We only ask that you bag your garbage, load and run the dishwasher, turn the thermostat to 55 and lock the windows and doors on your way out!
Q. Do you allow early check-ins or late check-outs?
A. It is very important you check with our office to see if these options are available, please do not assume. We recommend checking with our office within a week of your arrival. There will be absolutely no early check-ins or late check-outs around holidays, also, no daily maid service will be available.
Q. How much parking is available?
A. There is a limit of (4) vehicles at vacation homes, and (2) vehicles in condominium areas. Residential areas prohibit on-street parking during snow removal conditions, you will be towed at your expense.
